Today, we received a very exciting email from our review partners, Feefo, giving us the amazing news that Festive Lights have been awarded the Feefo Gold Trusted Service Accreditation for 2017, their most coveted award, in recognition of our “dedication to outstanding service”. This is now our second consecutive year of winning this accolade; the award has changed its title since last year from Gold Trusted Merchant to Gold Trusted Service, in order to “better reflect that this award is all about fantastic service, as rated by genuine customers.”
To attain this achievement again is obviously something that we’re very proud of, but for those of you who, perhaps, don’t know of Feefo, here’s a little bit more about them . . .
Who/what are Feefo?
Feefo is a third-party review platform and, in fact, is “working hard to be the world’s most trusted supplier of ratings and reviews”. Rather than us asking you directly about your experience with us and our products, Feefo do that independently, on our behalf. Feefo provides totally impartial, honest feedback – we have no control over the reviews and so you can be assured that all feedback is 100% genuine.
How long have Festive Lights been using Feefo?
We started to use Feefo back in February 2015 and, since then, have received just short of 5,500 service reviews, 97% of which rated our service as either ‘good’ or ‘excellent’. In addition, our customers have left more than 3,000 product reviews, 93% of which were rated as ‘good’ or ‘excellent’.
Feefo Trusted Service Accreditation
Feefo’s Trusted Service Accreditation, “Recognises the businesses that deliver exceptional experiences, as rated by real customers.” There are three accolades available, of which Festive Lights have been awarded the highest possible.
“Gold Trusted Service, a business is required to receive 100 replies or more, with an average Service Rating of between 95% and 100%.”
Needless to say, we’re very happy that our service has been recognised, but we’re also very appreciative to all of our fantastic customers for putting their trust in us.
