They're simple and cost-effective, and work best when they are run continuously (or at least very often). This is because regular flow of water ensures that oxygen is constantly introduced back into the water system, preventing algae build-up or unwanted smells.

Other than occasional cleaning and routinely checking the pump mechanism, most designs will require very little additional care, giving you a low-maintenance landscape design feature.

Do your garden water features come with a warranty?  

Yes, we offer a 2-year warranty on all purchases at Festive Lights (starting from the date of purchase). Within this 24-month period, if a manufacturer fault should occur with your product, we will either replace or refund you. Find out more about our product warranty.

How do I install water features for the garden?

Our range of pagoda-style and cascading water bowls are extremely easy to set up. Because they are self-contained, they won't require any plumbing and can usually be installed anywhere you like. Once you have assembled it, you'll have everything you need to get going straight away. All of our products will arrive with full instructions to support you with setup.

Where is the best place to put a garden or patio water feature?

Many of our products can be placed anywhere. Depending on the layout and flow of your garden, you may want a central location to create a focal point. It's also recommended to position your feature away from the shade if it is powered by solar energy, as this will increase charging power.

How often do I need to clean my water feature?

Most self-contained pot, bowl and pagoda designs should be cleaned once a month. You may also want to add some algae control treatment.
