    Absolutely, our outdoor rope lights are designed with high IP ratings (typically IP44 or IP65) to withstand rain and moisture. However, while the rope itself is weatherproof, you must ensure the plug and controller are kept indoors or housed in a suitable weatherproof connection box (DRiBOX).

  • How do I attach the rope lights to a wall or fence?

    We recommend using our specific mounting clips or plastic mounting channels (u-channels). For a straight, professional finish on a building outline, the channel is best. For curving around trees or irregular shapes, clips allow for more flexibility.

  • Can I connect multiple lengths of rope light together?

    Yes, our ConnectPro® range is fully connectable. You can join multiple lengths together using our secure screw-connectors, allowing you to power up to 100 metres of lighting from a single standard UK plug socket.

  • Do these lights get hot to the touch?
