How many lights do I need on an outdoor tree?

For example, our classic festoon bulbs appear to produce a much brighter light than our more tradition string lights, due to the design of the LED within the bulb, but string lighting distributes light more frequently.
Whichever one you opt for, the next thing you must consider is the spacing between each bulb. If you want to achieve a fuller, brighter look, cluster lights will be the way to glow! But, if you would rather have your lights looking more sparingly placed, with just the right amount of added sparkle, then selecting a style with more space in-between each bulb is the right choice for you.
Finally, ask yourself, what’s your wrapping style? This part is all down to personal preference – when your lights are clumped closed together and tightly wrapped, it produces a brighter glow compared to draping your lights throughout the branches of your tree.
