For outdoor events, just cover the base of the candle bags with small pebbles, gravel or sand to make sure they are anchored down and don't fly away!
The whole alphabet is available, so you can let your imagination run free! Simply pick out the letters you want and compose your message.
You can put either a battery powered candle or a real candle inside to provide the flickering glow through the cut out letter V, and you need not worry about the flame of a real candle, since the bags have a fire retardant coating!
