This un-bee-lievable bee lantern can be either solar or battery powered and makes the perfect addition to any outdoor space, all year round. Hanging from a porch or pergola by the handle, or standing pride of place on a table top, this amazing decoration features a stunning design.
The lantern comes with the solar panel in place, and with the battery pack option separately, so you can easily swap out the solar panel for the battery pack, if and when you want to transition the power source. This is ideal when the seasons change and there are too few hours of sunlight to charge the solar panel. Changing to the battery pack means you can continue to enjoy your lantern every season, no matter the weather.
There’s a warm white LED in the solar panel option and a white or colour-changing LED in the battery option, and the light shines out through the intricate cut out detail of the bee lantern, creating amazing shadow patterns. When using the solar panel, the integrated solar cells charge throughout the day, using the sun’s energy, and the clever little light sensor automatically illuminates the light at dusk to add a glow to your evening BBQs and summer soirees! Since your lantern is solar or battery powered, it doesn’t require wiring, so there are no operating costs and installation is a breeze!
