I ordered some red and white icicles of which I have received today. Many thanks for a speedy delivery and on the icicles themselves they are great and I am really pleased with them. I have already tried and tested them and cannot wait to put them up and show off to my neighbours.  May I just add that i did not receive any clips to go with them, are these just the normal clips as I can buy some from our local DIY.

Many thanks for the second replacement Solar Security Light which arrived first thing this morning – it’s early days yet, but this one does appear to work!  Thank you also for crediting my wife’s card for the cost of postage on the first one we had to send back.

When I get a chance I’ll pull the second one apart and try to see if I can find out what’s wrong with it.

If I can I’ll let you know.

 

Faulty goods are never welcome, but it’s nice to know you can still get excellent customer service when things do go wrong – well done.

Dear Sirs, I have just put up the rather superb LED festoon lights that I recently purchased from you.  I took delivery of the lights earlier in the week and then called you and ordered a set of four spare bulbs....just in case, so to say.
