We offer a number of different delivery options for UK addresses. All of the information that you should need is contained within this tab, but if you would like to see further information about dispatch times and Bank Holiday deliveries, for example, then please navigate to the 'More Info' tab above.
Please note that the delivery prices quoted do not apply to any oversized items. The delivery cost for these items is usually calculated automatically in the basket (though on occasions we may have to obtain a separate quote.
UK Mainland Delivery*
* Please note that we follow the classifications of our delivery couriers, and as such, for this purpose Scottish Highlands and Islands are not classed as 'mainland UK'. Scottish Highlands delivery information is available below.

We are currently offering FREE standard delivery within mainland UK, including England, Scotland and Wales.
Next Day Delivery - £7.95
You must order before 3pm to qualify for next-day delivery, which is priced at £7.95.
Next day delivery is available to all but the following postcodes: AB 30-35, 36-38, 41-54, 55-56, BT, FK17-21, G83, GY9, HS1-9, IV1-56, KA27-28, KW0-99, PA20-99, PH15-99, PH15-32, TR21-25, ZE1-3, IM, IV, JE, GY. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery to these postcodes. Please note that parcels will need to be signed for.
Next Day Before Noon Delivery - £9.95
You must order before 3pm and select 'DPD NOON' at the checkout to qualify for this delivery service. Postcode restrictions apply as above. Please note that parcels will need to be signed for.
Next Day Before 10am Delivery - £19.95
You must order before 3pm and select 'DPD 10AM' at the checkout to qualify for this delivery service. Postcode restrictions apply as above. Please note that parcels will need to be signed for.
UK Offshore Delivery
Our offshore UK delivery refers to delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Scilly Isles.

We are currently offering FREE standard delivery to offshore UK, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Scilly Isles for any parcels weighing less than 1kg.
Standard Delivery over 1kg (2-4 working days) - £14.95
Standard delivery to offshore UK, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Scilly Isles for any parcels weighing more than 1kg is £14.95. This is directly proportionate to the costs incurred by Festive Lights Ltd in sending these parcels.

Depending on in which country you reside, the delivery cost and method may change, along with the shipper used. We will endeavour to use FedEx wherever possible although for large volume orders we can arrange pallet shipments via our freight company.
An estimate delivery cost will be calculated in the basket, however additional payment may be required once we have received an accurate shipping cost. Please note that all items shipped outside the UK are subject to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions and must be signed for upon receipt.

Delivery of Goods
Providing all items on your order are in stock we try our utmost to dispatch your order the same day, and at the least, within 24 hours of receipt of the order.
Orders received before 3.00pm except for on weekends and Bank Holidays will be processed and dispatched the same day. Orders received after 3.00pm will be carried over to the next working day.
Our standard courier service will not deliver on Sunday or Bank Holidays, therefore orders placed after 3.00pm on Fridays will be dispatched on the following Monday (or Tuesday if it is a Bank Holiday). DPD do not deliver next day parcels on Saturdays.
Please provide clear additional delivery instructions if your delivery address is remote or difficult to find. If this is the case a mobile number is essential as this will be given to your driver to fulfill the delivery.
Receipt of Goods
Most of the UK and European deliveries will be handled by Royal Mail. If no one is available to sign for the parcel the driver will leave a card containing the consignment number and the telephone number of your local depot. The customer is advised to call this number to arrange a suitable delivery date. The driver will attempt the same delivery on the second day if no contact with the depot is made. If this delivery fails, the consignment is held in the depot for a further five days. If the customer has still made no contact the consignment is returned back to Festive Lights where we will contact the customer. The carriage will be charged again before a further delivery can be despatched.
We try our best to pack orders with consideration to the item(s). Although the carriers we use work hard to avoid damaged goods whilst in transit, it can happen from time to time. On receipt of your order it is advised to check the products inside immediately as items can be damaged during carriage. If you notice any damage to your product, please notify us by email or phone within 24 hours.
Oversized Items
Depending on the weight or volume the carriage charge will be stated on the items description for UK Mainland only. This delivery charge is automatically added to your basket.
PayPal
Please note that if you are checking out using PayPal, your order will be dispatched to the delivery address registered on your PayPal account. Please ensure that the address on your PayPal account is correct as it is unlikely that we will be able to amend your address once payment has been made. There may be a redirect charge if you require your parcel to be shipped to an alternative address.
Delivering to a BFPO Address
1) On the checkout page you will need to enter the billing address, then select the delivery address is different from the billing address.
2) Enter the BFPO address in the delivery address in the order as shown below:

Festive Lights delivery restrictions to BFPO addresses: *Items that cost 200GBP or more, *Items that are heavier than 1.5KG. Please note that all Non-EU countries will incur an additional £25.00 customs clearance charge.
