This product is an extremely innovative product which has pushed the boundaries of the decorative lighting market. The IP65 rating on this product means that the lighting can installed were jets of water (low pressure) are used and also areas were condensation is present. This enables a wide range of applications to become possible, we have so far seen this product submerged within a fish tank, in a kitchen, in a bathroom and most inventively as mood lighting within a sauna. This item can also be used for outdoor applications; not only submerged in water, in places such as ponds and fountains but also were rain and poor weather conditions are always apparent.
Note - 'COLOUR CHANGING WIRELESS REMOTE CONTROLLER' AND A 'POWER SUPPLY' must be purchased to make make this strip light function
This product is sold in its minimum 10cm unit size and in multiples of 5cm. The transformer and controller kit to power this light will power up to a maximum of 5 metres and are available to be purchased separately from the accessories section in the top right of this product page.
Depending on the size of the lighting required will depend on the way in which this lighting is supplied. For example if 10 x 5cm units and a transformer are purchased we will make this light set up into 1 x 50cm length and seal the unit, so when it arrives to you it will be ready to install. However, if only 10 x 5cm units are purchased without a transformer we will send the product out as ordered for the customer to make up themselves.
