I am interested in the 240 warm white LED multi-function lights with clear cable (£34.99) . Could you please let me know if the controller describes the chasing option as chasing or chasing flash. Thanks.

on these lights (and others) 240-warm-white-led-chasing-fairy-lights-clear-cable, I am wondering if there's a memory function on the controller so that when you switch the lights back on they retain the previously selected pattern. In my case I ALWAYS want them to start in "static" mode as when used in a display the controller probably won't be accessible.
