Outdoor lights can really bring your garden to life17th Mar @ 12:17 People spend lots of time and money thinking about how they want their home to look; they buy paintings, wallpaper, curtains, light fittings, candles – anything. Because a home is our own space, we want it to look and feel comfortable and hope it reflects our personalities.Even though we do this, many people neglect their gardens. There is no reason why a garden shouldn’t be as much as part of your home as the living room or the kitchen, and we should still spend a little time making it more suited to our tastes, and reflective of who we are. One way of doing this is through garden lighting. Most people are out of home during the majority of daylight hours, so they will only have a short time to look at their garden in the evenings, or only at the weekends. So why not make it more welcoming in the dusk. With lighting, you can sit outside after the sun has set and still enjoy your surroundings. There are all sorts of outdoor lights, including path lights and solar stakes, which can be very neat and stylish lining the edge of the lawn, or around the pond, or even along the flower bed.
