Music festivals need lighting too16th Jun @ 15:34 Although music festivals are focused on the music, the tents and the facilities, they do still need to be lit. If the lighting isn't planned carefully, there could be accidents due to unsafe wiring, misplaced cables or because of the darknessOutdoor lights are commonplace nowadays, and festivals, parks, gardens and restaurants alike are utilising the eye-catching effects to draw customers and attract audiences. Music events, particularly, need careful lighting, as the crowd want to see the bands lit up in all their glamour and glory, whilst still being able to see well enough to find their way back to the tents without being hurt. LED outdoor fairy lights and string lights are very popular at festivals, as they can be hung between posts, or wrapped around posts, poles and other stationary objects. Net lights are also used at festival and outdoor events as they can be hung over difficult to see walls, trees or bushes, and provide a safety cover as well as an aesthetic focus. Outdoor spotlights are popular too, as they can be angled up from the stage or over the crowd.. You could even use things like LED curtain lights on the side of the marquees so that people don't walk into them in the dark. Categorised in: Buying Guides |
